These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridge platform, including the Bridge wallet, peer-to-peer transfers, and the Bridge local marketplace (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Bridge — to move money locally, be your own wallet, or live your market — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Bridge.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bridge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Bridge is currently available to residents of the United States only.
To access Bridge, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including your PIN) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bridgeme.cash if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Bridge does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All sales are between users. Bridge may remove listings at its sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Listing coordinates are fuzzed by up to ±400 meters to protect seller privacy. Buyers should arrange safe meeting locations for in-person exchanges.

The Bridge name, logo, wordmark, and all associated branding ("Something new is coming. Summer 2026.") are the property of Bridge and its owners. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without prior written consent. By posting content (listings, profile photos, etc.) on Bridge, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with operating the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Bridge may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining wallet balance subject to withdrawal will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bridge is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving the right to class action, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the platform or by email for material changes. Continued use of Bridge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
